Emaar children celebrate the national holidays of the State of Kuwait

The administration of Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation celebrated the 60th National Day of the State of KuwaitIn this occasion , Mr. Anwar Abu Musa stated that his association has implemented many events and activities to celebrate this holiday on25th of February every year,where Basma School children with hearing disabilities and cochlear implants presented show in addition to drawing paintings which expressing gratitude and thanks to the State of Kuwait.Also,the Arabic and English-language Kuwaiti TV channel covered these events and conveyed this message of love and loyalty from those children to the State of Kuwait ,the prince , the government and the people.On the other hand, Abu Musa mentioned that most of the projects implemented for the category of people with disabilities were generously funded by the State of Kuwait through the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and Kuwait National Fund for Arab Economic Development.Basma Private School building and part of the Emaar Youth and Childhood Complex were established in the new headquarters, in addition to the cochlear implantation project, and the association was provided with the necessary devices and equipment to rehabilitate the hearing-impaired and cochlear implanters with funding from these funds.Here, Abu Musa expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Arab donors for their support to the active civil society institutions in Palestine, which had a great impact on improving the living conditions of citizens in the Gaza Strip.At the end of the meeting, Abu Musa expressed gratitude and thanks from the Board of Directors of Emaar Association, represented by Dr. Rami Al-Ghamry, Chairman of the board, to the Prince of Giving and Charity, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, for his good efforts in supporting the Palestinian people, asking God Almighty to perpetuate the security, safety and prosperity of the State of Kuwait, the prince  , the government and the people.

The Administration of Emaar Association is following the progress of work in Royaa Kindergarten

Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation -Media office A delegation from  Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation, consisting of Dr. Rami Al-Ghamry, Chairman of the board and each of Mr. Anwar Abu Musa, General Manager and Mr. Bilal Abu Sabha, Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, visited the headquarters of Royaa School and Kindergarten, to follow the procedures in order to  resume study  in Royaa Kindergarten based on the decision of the Ministry of Education.In this context, Mr. Anwar Abu Musa confirmed the association’s interest in harnessing all the  potentials to provide all  needs for the resumption of studies in a way that achieves the means of security and prevention for students, and confirmed  the need for cooperation and coordination between the administration of the association and the kindergarten on the one hand, The Ministry of Education  and Parents on the other hand, in order to achieve the preservation of students until providing them with  the best educational services for students..On the other hand, Ms. Maysa Abu Sitta, the  manager of kindergarten, confirmed that the number of students registered for the academic year 2020-2021reached  275 students for the kg1,kg2 stages for the academic year, but the spread of the Corona virus and the disruption of the study prevented the completion of face-to-face study for students, but the kindergarten administration during the previous period was communicate with parents and students through e-learning, which had a positive impact on continuing the relationship with students and completing the educational curriculum.Abu Sitta also confirmed that there is a great interest from the administration of  Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation, which the kindergarten is affiliated with, to provide all means of prevention and safety to maintain the safety of students, according to the protocol approved by the Ministry of Education.At the end of the tour, Dr. Rami inspected the workflow at Royaa School and followed  the school’s education mechanism and the students’ response to it. And He confirmed that Royaa School during the coming period will be a beacon of distinguished education in the Gaza Strip through using  an educational curricula that keep up with technological progress and the remarkable development in modern educational curricula  in the world.

 

Emaar participates in the graduation activities of a number of courses in the field of human rights and mechanisms for promoting the right to health

Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation participated in the closing ceremony held by the Palestinian Center for Human Rights and the Palestinian Medical Relief Society, on the occasion of the graduation of a number of training courses in the field of human rights and mechanisms to promote the right to health. Within the project (Promoting, respecting and fulfilling the right to access the highest standards of health in the Gaza Strip) funded by the European Union.The ceremony, which was attended by a group of representatives of civil and international institutions that participated in the training courses, began with a speech by Mr. Raji Sourani, Director of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, followed by a speech by a representative of the European Union via video conference technology, and a speech by Dr. Aid Yaghi, Director of Palestinian Medical Relief.Regarding the details, the Director of the Rehabilitation Department at Emaar, Mr. Imad Esleem, said that his association pays a great attention to developing the capabilities and skills of its employees at all levels of management and technical specializations. Where she participated in these training courses through the nomination of 4 colleagues who received theoretical and practical training, which extended for 20 training hours.In turn, Esleem extended his thanks and appreciation to the honorable gentlemen of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights and the Palestinian Medical Relief Society for their beautiful and pioneering role in paying attention to the field of human rights in its various fields, especially health ones, confirming the depth and authenticity of the relationship that Emaar links with them.

 

 

Emaar renews the project of purchasing vouchers for families of beneficiary children from its rehabilitation services

Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation, based in Khan Yunis, has renewed the project of purchasing vouchers for families of beneficiary children from its rehabilitation services. This was done in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development and with generous support from the World Food Program (WFP).Regarding the details, the head of the poverty reduction department, Mr. Karim Al-Sous, said that 224 vouchers have been renewed for families of children with disabilities.Where the voucher contains a total amount of 105 shekels to be disposed of within three months through the purchase of food and supplies by the family.Al-Sous added that this step came to alleviate the great burden imposed on these families as a result of the current conditions experienced by the world in general and the Gaza Strip in particular, in light of the “Corona pandemic.”’In turn, the general manager of Emaar, Mr. Anwar Abu Musa, thanked the World Food Program for their pioneering role in supporting and promoting the health of Gazan society members, especially those with disabilities, as well as to the gentlemen in the Ministry of Social Development, represented by Mr. Luay Al-Madhoun, General Commissioner- of the Ministry, and to the program coordinator, Mr. Ramzi Al-Swerki for their efforts in supporting and continuity of the program

Emaar receives a delegation from the health field

To follow Emaar’s services and programs in the health field,Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation received a delegation at its headquarters in Khan Yunis composed of Dr. Abdel Moneim Lubbad, “Teacher of Pathology at  Islamic University”, and Dr. Sami El-Buraim , “The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dar Al-Salaam Hospital”, in addition to the accompanying delegation, who were received by the Director of the Rehabilitation Department at Emaar, Mr. Imad Eslam.Eslam welcomed the visiting delegation and took them on a tour inside the Emaar health centers to follow the services and activities provided, in addition to the medical devices which available there.In turn, the visiting delegation expressed its pride in Emaar as one of the leading institutions working in the health field in the Gaza Strip, especially in diagnosing and rehabilitating children with various disabilities, including cochlear implants for 15 children with hearing disabilities, in addition to using the latest methods of assessment, diagnosis and international rehabilitation programs
