Emaar participates in the study day held by Al-Aqsa University

At the kind invitation of the administration of Al-Aqsa University // Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation participated in the study day that was held by the Department of Educational Sciences and the Department of Occupational Therapy at the university in cooperation with the Nabd Al-Salam Association for Mental and Community Health, the study day tagged by: (Community Mental Health for People with Disabilities / Protection and Advocacy).

About the details, the Deputy Director General of Emaar, Mr. Imad Esleem, said that his association “Emaar” participated in a presentation entitled: (The Role of Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation in caring for people with disabilities), which was part of the third session of the study day; the session was moderated by the Director General of Guidance and Special Education in the Ministry of Education, Dr. Khaled Abu Fadda.

During the presentation, an introduction to Emaar and its most prominent services and facilities was presented. More emphasis was also placed on the programs and services that Emaar provided and its continuous care for people with disabilities through its various projects and centers; noting that Emaar is distinguished in the integration of services provided to people with disabilities of all age groups.

Mr. Esleem promised the audience that, in the next few days, “Emaar” will carry out electronic cochlear implants for a number of children with hearing disabilities, these operations will contribute significantly to restoring children’s hearing and promoting their inclusive integration with their peers in society.

In turn, Mr. Imad Esleem thanked the administration of Al-Aqsa University for their great interest in “people with disabilities” and the scientific and preparatory committees for their excellence in implementing this study day, and to the gentlemen of the Nabd Al-Salam Association for Mental Health for their great and appreciated role in making this day a success.
