اللجنة الفنّية الاستشارية تُجري جولة ميدانية في مَقر رؤية النموذجية

للاطلاع على سَير العمل في مَدرسة وروضة “رؤية” النموذجية .. أجرت (اللجنة الفنّية الاستشارية/ قسم التعليم) جولة ميدانية في مَقر “رؤية” النموذجية الكائن في منطقة السطر الغربي شَمال مُحافظة خان يونس، حيثُ شاركَ في الجولة رئيس اللجنة الأستاذة عبير المصري، الأستاذة سمر المدهون، الدكتور عبد الرحمن وافي والأستاذ عماد إسليم؛ حيث كانَ في استقبالهم مُديرة “رؤية” النموذجية الدكتورة ميساء أبو ستة.
وتضمَّنت الجولة زيارة جميع الصفوف الدراسية بالإضافة لِمَرافق “رؤية” النموذجية، والوقوف على تفاصيل العمل فيها؛ حيثُ تهدف الزيارة لِدراسة الواقع الحالي في “رؤية” للعمل على تعزيز نِقاط القوة فيها، ومُعالجة نِقاط الضعف. حيثُ أجمعت اللجنة أنَّ “رؤية” عبارة عن صَرح تعليمي كبير وراقي، يَضم فريق عمل قوي وصاحب تجربة وخبرة كبيرة في المَجال، بالإضافة لأنها تحتوي على مكونات ومُقدرات بشرية، لوجستية وفنية كفيلة بتربية وتعليم جيل صاعد ومُميز مُستقبلاً إن شاء الله.

The Technical Advisory Committee Conducts a field Tour at the Royaa Model Headquarters

To observe the progress work in the “Royya” school and kindergarten, the Technical Advisory Committee in the Education Department conducted a field tour at the “Royya” headquarters, located in the western line area north of Khan Yunis Governorate. The committee is represented by Ms. Abeer Al-Masry, Ms. Samar Al-Madhoun, Dr. Abdel Rahman Wafi, and Mr. Imad Esleem. The committee was welcomed by the Royya director, Dr. Maysa Abu Sitta.

The tour included a visit to all classrooms and Royya facilities and seeing the work details in them. The visit aims to study the current reality in the Royya kindergarten and school to work on strengthening its strengths and addressing its weaknesses. The committee unanimously agreed that Royya is a large and elegant educational building, including a strong team with great experience and expertise in the field. Moreover, it contains human, logistical, and technical components and capabilities capable of raising and educating a distinguished and rising generation in the future.

Emaar holds a COnference with parents of Roya Model Kindergarten children

In the presence of Emaar’s Deputy Director-General, Mr. Imad Esleem, the director of “Royya” model kindergarten, Dr. Maysa Abu Sitta; the administration of Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation held a conference with the parents of preschool children in its “Royya” model kindergarten.

Dr. Maysa Abu Sitta said that “Royya” cares about the opinions and observations of parents and therefore is keen to hold periodic meetings with them. The conference included 5 study divisions from the preliminary stage. In total, 133 students’ mothers participated in the discussion, with a participation rate of 90%.

The conference started with a speech by Mr. Imad Esleem, who welcomed the attendees, pointing out the importance of the parent’s participation in such meetings because it reflects the extent of their interest in their children and their keenness to enhance and develop their abilities and skills. Esleem presented the parents’ first meeting that was held in 2021. He mentioned all observations made by the parents at the time and the measures implemented by the Emaar administration to enhance its strengths and address its weaknesses. Mr. Esleem listened to their recommendations and observations, the developmental ideas, and the real needs that the association’s management takes excellent care.

During the conference, there was time for the parents to discuss. They also expressed their happiness and satisfaction with the services provided to their children, and they raised several inquiries and remarks that would improve the work in the model “Royya.”

إعمار تعقد لِقاءً مَع أولياء أمور أطفال روضة رؤية النموذجية

عَقدَت إدارة جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتأهيل صَباح أمس الأحد لِقاءً مَع أولياء أمور أطفال مَرحلة التمهيدي بروضة “رؤية” النموذجية التابعة لها، حيثُ تمَّ عقده في مَقر “رؤية” بمنطقة السطر الغربي بمُحافظة خان يونس؛ بحضور نائب مُدير عام “إعمار” الأستاذ عماد إسليم؛ ومُديرة “رؤية” النموذجية الدكتورة ميساء أبو ستة.
وحولَ التفاصيل قالت الدكتورة ميساء أبو ستة أنّ “رؤية” تهتم بآراء ومَلحوظات أولياء الأمور لِذلك تحرص على عَقد لِقاءات دورية مَعهم؛ حيث ضمَّ هذا اللقاء عدد 5 شُعب دراسية مِن مرحلة التمهيدي؛ وشاركَ فيهِ 133 مِن أمهات الطلبة بنسبة مُشاركة وصلت إلى 90% مِن إجمالي عدد الأمهات.
وتضمَّنَ اللقاء كلمة الأستاذ عماد إسليم الذي رَحّبَ بالحضور، مُعرجًا إلى أن مُشاركة أولياء الأمور في مِثلِ هذه اللقاءات يَعكِس مَدى اهتمامهم بأطفالهم، وحِرصهم على تعزيز وتطوير قدراتهم ومَهاراتهم، وأكدَ إسليم حِرصَ إدارة “إعمار” على عَقدِ اللقاءات الدوريةِ مَع أولياء الأمور لتقييم الخدمات المُقدمة وسَماع توصياتهم ومَلحوظاتهم، بالإضافة لِتدوين الأفكار التطويرية والاحتياجات الحقيقية التي تأخذها إدارة الجمعية بكل اهتمام.
وعرضَ “إسليم” مَحضر اجتماع اللقاء الأول لأولياء الأمور؛ والذي تمَّ عقده في شهر أكتوبر مِن العام الماضي خلال الفصل الدراسي الأوّل؛ ذاكرًا جميع المَلحوظات التي ذكرها أولياء الأمور في حينه؛ والإجراءات التي نفذتها إدارة “إعمار” لِتعزيز نقاط القوّة ومُعالجة نِقاط الضعف فيها.
وفي سِياق اللقاء تم فتح باب النقاش والحديث لأولياء الأمور الذينَ عبروا عن سَعادتهم ورِضاهم عن الخدمات المُقدمة لأطفالهم، وطرحوا عددًا مِن الاستفسارات والمَلحوظات التي مِن شأنها الارتقاء بالعمل في “رؤية” النموذجية.

إعمار تستقبل وفدًا مِن إدارة برنامج الغذاء العالمي (WFP)

استقبلت جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتأهيل في مَقرها الكائن بمُحافظة خان يونس وفدًا مِن إدارة برنامج الغذاء العالمي (WFP) ضَمَّ كل مِن الأستاذ محمد الجملة إداري البرامج في المُؤسسة؛ بالإضافة للأستاذ رمزي السويركي مُنسق البرنامج في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، حيثُ كانَ في استقبالهم نائب مُدير عام “إعمار” الأستاذ عماد إسليم، ورئيس شُعبة الحد مِن الفقر في الجمعية الأستاذ محمد فحجان.
مِن جانبه رحَّب إسليم بالوفد الزائر مُؤكدًا على عمق العلاقة بينَ “إعمار” وبرنامج الغذاء العالمي، مُشيرًا إلى أنَّ هذا التعاون ترتَّبَ عليه تقديم وجبات الطعام بشكل يومي لِصالح جميع الأطفال “مِن ذوي الإعاقة” الذينَ يتلقون خدماتهم في “إعمار”.
وجاءت الزيارة للاطلاع على الوضع العام حولَ آلية تنفيذ البرنامج في “إعمار” حيثُ عَبَّرَ الوفد الزائر عن سعادتهم بالآلية المُتبعة في تنفيذ البرنامج مِن حيث التوريد، الحفظ والتخزين، التحضير والتوزيع على الأطفال؛ وذلكَ ضِمنَ إجراءات السلامة والصحّة العامة.
بدوره قدّم إسليم شُكره إلى برنامج الأغذية العالمي على دورهم الريادي في دعم وتعزيز صحة أفراد المُجتمع الغزِّي لا سيما ذوي الإعاقة مِنهم، وكذلك إلى السادة في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية وذلكَ لِجهودهم في دَعم واستمرارية البرنامج.

Emaar Receives a Delegation from the World Food Program (WFP)

Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation received a delegation from the World Food Program (WFP) administration at its headquarters in Khan Younis Governorate. The Deputy Director-General of Emaar, Mr. Imad Eslam, and the Head of the Poverty Reduction Division in the Society, Mr. Muhammad Fahjan, welcomed the program administrator in the institution, Mr. Muhammad Al-Jumla, and Mr. the program coordinator at the Ministry of Social Development, Ramzi Al-Swerki.

 

Mr. Esleem welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the depth of the relationship between Emaar and the WFP. He noted that this cooperation provided daily meals for the children with disabilities at the Emaar Association.

 

The WFP came to review the general situation on the implementation mechanism of the program in Emaar, where the visiting delegation expressed their happiness with the mechanism followed in implementing the program in terms of supply, preservation and storage, preparation, and distribution to children. It is part of the safety and public health measures.

 

Mr. Esleem thanked the WFP for their pioneering role in supporting and promoting the health of Gazan society members, especially those with disabilities, and the Ministry of Social Development for their efforts in supporting and continuity the program.

إعمار تستقبل وفدًا من الهلال الأحمر القطري

استقبلت جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتأهيل في مَقرها الكائن بمُحافظة خان يونس وَفدًا ضَمَّ كل مِن الدكتورة سالي صالح “مُنسقة المشاريع في الهلال الأحمر القطري”؛ والمُهندس عبد الله المدهون؛ حيثُ كانَ في استقبالهم نائب مُدير عام “إعمار” الأستاذ عماد إسليم، والمُساعد الإداري الأستاذة هبة العمور.
بدورهِ رحَّبَ إسليم بالوفد الزائر مُؤكدًا على عمق العلاقة بينَ “إعمار” ومؤسسة الهلال الأحمر القطري؛ مُقدمًا شُكره لهم على دورهم الريادي في خدمة المُجتمع المحلي لا سيما في المَجال الصحي.
وحولَ التفاصيل قالَ إسليم: أنّ هذه الزيارة جاءت لِمُتابعة آخر التطورات في مَشروع (الكشف السمعي والتدخل المبكر للإعاقة السمعية لدى الأطفال حديثي الولادة في قطاع غزة) والذي تنفذه “إعمار” في مُحافظات جنوب قطاع غزة بتمويلٍ كريمٍ مِن الهلال الأحمر القطري.

بدوره عبرَ الوفد الزائر عن شُكره لِـ “إعمار” ولِمركز بَسمة للسمعيات والتخاطب التابع لها؛ وذلكَ على اهتمامهم وحرصهم الكبير في تنفيذ أنشطة المَشروع بأعلى مُستوى مِن الكفاءة والجودة، الأمر الذي يَنعكس بشكل إيجابي ومُهم على استفادة الفئة المُستهدفة مِن خدمات المَشروع.

Emaar Receives a Delegation from the Qatari Red Crescent

Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation received at its headquarters in Khan Younis a delegation that included Dr. Sally Saleh, “Project Coordinator in the Qatari Red Crescent”; and Eng. Abdullah Al-Madhoun; They were received by the Deputy Director-General of Emaar, Imad Esleem, and the Administrative Assistant, Heba Al-Amour.

 

Esleem welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the depth of the relationship between Emaar and the Qatar Red Crescent. He thanked them for their pioneering role in serving the local community, especially in health.

 

Esleem said that this visit is to follow up on the latest developments in the project “Audio detection and early intervention for hearing impairment in newborns in the Gaza Strip,” which is implemented by Emaar in the southern Gaza Strip governorates with the generous funding from the Qatari Red Crescent.”

 

The visiting delegation expressed its thanks to Emaar and its Basma Center for Audio and Speech for their keen interest in implementing the project’s activities at the highest efficiency and quality. It positively and significantly reflected in the target group’s benefits from the project’s services.

 

اللجنة الفنّية الاستشارية بقسم التعليم تعقد إجتماعها الأول

عَقَدَت (اللجنة الفنّية الاستشارية/ قسم التعليم) اجتماعها الأول في مَقر جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتأهيل؛ حيثُ ترأس الاجتماع رئيس اللجنة الأستاذة عبير المصري بحضور أعضائها الأستاذة سمر المدهون، الدكتور عبد الرحمن وافي، والأستاذ عماد إسليم.
بدورها رحّبت “المصري” بأعضاء اللجنة الكِرام؛ شاكرًة لهم حضورهم وتعاونهم الراقي لِخدمة “إعمار”؛ مُشيرًة إلى أنَّ اللجنة يَقَع ضِمنَ نِطاق مَسؤولياتها الفنية الاستشارية جَميع البرامج والمشاريع التعليمية التابعة لـ “إعمار” وهيَ: (مدرسة بسمة الخاصّة، مركز أتمكن للتربية الخاصّة، مدرسة وروضة رؤية النموذجية).
وفي كلمتها قالت “المصري”: أنّ إدارة “إعمار” اتخذت قرارًا بتشكيل هذه اللجنة لِتكون داعمة في رسم الاستراتيجيات العامة؛ ووضع المُقترحات والأفكار التي مِن شأنها تعزيز العمل في قسم التعليم بالجمعية؛ لا سيما وأنها تحتوي على زملاء مِن ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة في ذات المجالات التي تهتم فيها الجمعية مِن خلال برامجها المُختلفة.
بدورهم توافقَ أعضاء اللجنة على ضرورة الارتقاء بالخدمات المُقدمة في “إعمار” وبرامجها التعليمية، وتفعيل وتجويد الخدمات فيها، واستثمار الطاقات البَشرية واللوجستية المُتوفرة؛ وذلكَ بهدف تقديم خدمات مُميزة ونوعية لِمُختلف فئات المُجتمع الفلسطيني لا سيما في مُحافظات جنوب قطاع غزة.

The Technical Advisory Committee from the Education Department held its first meeting at the Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation headquarters. The meeting was chaired by the head of the committee, Abeer Al-Masry, in the presence of its members, Samar Al-Madhoun, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Wafi, and Emad Esleem.

 

Al-Masry welcomed the committee’s honorable members and thanked them for their presence and their sublime cooperation in the service of “Emaar.” He noted that the committee has within the scope of its technical advisory responsibilities all educational programs and projects affiliated with Emaar: Basma Special School, Atamakan Center for Special Education, Roya Model School, and Kindergarten.

 

Al-Masry mentioned that “the Emaar administration decided to form this committee to support and formulat general strategies to develop proposals and ideas that will enhance the work in the education department of the Emaar Association.” She also added that “the committee contains experienced and qualified colleagues in the same fields that the association is interested in through its various programs.”

 

The committee members agreed on upgrading the services provided in “Emaar” and its educational programs, activating and improving services in them, and investing in the available human and logistical capacities. In addition, to provide distinguished and qualitative services to the various categories of Palestinian society, especially in the governorates of the southern Gaza Strip.
