The Technical Advisory Committee of the Health Rehabilitation Department holds its First Meeting.

The Technical Advisory Committee/Health Rehabilitation Department held its first meeting at the Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation headquarters. The meeting was led by the Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Samir Moussa, in the presence of its members, Eng. Hamed Al-Najjar; Dr. Wael Abu Namous, Dr. Ramadan Hussein, Dr. Abdullah Al-Khatib, Dr. Yasser Abu Loz, and Imad Eslam.

Dr. Samir welcomed the honorable members of the committee and thanked them for their presence and their sublime cooperation in the service of “Emaar.” He Pointed out that the committee has all the health centers affiliated with “Emaar,” including Basma Center for Hearing and Speech, Al-Amal Center for Care and Psychological Consultation, and Gaza within the scope of its technical advisory responsibilities Optical Center.

Dr. Samir also said that the Emaar management took a decision to form this committee to be supportive in drawing up general strategies; developing proposals, and they would enhance work in the health rehabilitation centers of the association; since the committee has members who are experienced and qualified in the same fields in which the association is concerned through its various centers.

The committee members agreed on the necessity of upgrading the services provided in “Emaar” and its centers, activating and improving services in them, and investing the available human and logistical energies. To provide distinguished and qualitative services to the various categories of Palestinian society, especially in the governorates of the southern Gaza Strip.

اللجنة الفنّية الاستشارية بقسم التأهيل الصحّي تعقد إجتماعها الأول

عَقَدَت (اللجنة الفنّية الاستشارية/ قسم التأهيل الصحّي) اجتماعها الأول في مَقر جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتأهيل؛ حيثُ ترأس الاجتماع رئيس اللجنة الدكتور سَمير مُوسى بحضور أعضائها المُهندس حامد النجار؛ الدكتور وائل أبو ناموس، الدكتور رمضان حسين، الدكتور عبد الله الخطيب، الدكتور ياسر أبو لوز والأستاذ عماد إسليم.

بدوره رحّب الدكتور سمير بأعضاء اللجنة الكِرام؛ شاكرً لهم حضورهم وتعاونهم الراقي لِخدمة “إعمار”؛ مُشيرًا إلى أنَّ اللجنة يَقَع ضِمنَ نِطاق مَسؤولياتها الفنية الاستشارية جَميع المَراكز الصحية التابعة لـ “إعمار” وهيَ: (مركز بَسمة للسمعيات والتخاطب، مركز الأمل للرعاية والاستشارات النفسية، مَركز بَصريات غزة).
وفي كلمته قال الدكتور سمير أنّ إدارة “إعمار” اتخذت قرارًا بتشكيل هذه اللجنة لِتكون داعمة في رسم الاستراتيجيات العامة؛ ووضع المُقترحات والأفكار التي مِن شأنها تعزيز العمل في مراكز التأهيل الصحي بالجمعية؛ لا سيما وأنها تحتوي على زملاء مِن ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة في ذات المجالات التي تهتم فيها الجمعية مِن خلال مراكزها المُختلفة.

بدورهم توافقَ أعضاء اللجنة على ضرورة الارتقاء بالخدمات المُقدمة في “إعمار” ومَراكزها، وتفعيل وتجويد الخدمات فيها، واستثمار الطاقات البَشرية واللوجستية المُتوفرة؛ وذلكَ بهدف تقديم خدمات مُميزة ونوعية لِمُختلف فئات المُجتمع الفلسطيني لا سيما في مُحافظات جنوب قطاع غزة.

Gaza Optical Center conducts a medical survey in the field of optics

The Gaza Optical Center of the Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation carried out a medical survey in optics (sight examination) in three schools affiliated with the Education Directorate in Khan Younis.

The optometrist, Dr. Ayat Abu Jazar, said:” This activity comes to detect cases that suffer from low vision and other visual problems; which negatively affects the child’s academic achievement.” Abu Jazar added that the survey targeted 741 male and female students distributed in three public schools: Abdullah Siyam Primary School, Ibn Khaldoun Basic School, and Hatem Al-Tai Preparatory School.

Mr. Majid Al Qidra, Head of the School Health Department in the Directorate of Education in Khan Younis, thanked the Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation for its excellent cooperation in implementing this project, which is reflected positively on the health and preservation of our children. He said that “Emaar is one of the leading institutions concerned with this field through its various health centers and programs.”

Dr. Abu Jazar stressed the importance of early detection of visual problems in children to facilitate the process of intervention and treatment by using the appropriate visual corrector. Or include him in the occupational therapy program, especially if the child suffers from functional laziness in one or both eyes due to low vision, strabismus, or any other diseases that have been present since his childhood and have not been discovered.

“إعمار” تعقد لِقاء التواصل الأوّل لعام 2022، بعنوان (بالمحبّة نَلتقي)

عَقدت إدارة جمعية إعمار للتنمية والتأهيل لِقاءها التواصلي الأوّل خلال العام الجاري 2022؛ والذي جَمَعَ بينَ مَجلس إدارة “إعمار” وفريق عملها في كافة برامجها ومَشاريعها، تحتَ عنوان (بالمحبّة نَلتقي).
وفي كلمته رحّبَ رئيس مَجلس إدارة “إعمار” الدكتور رامي الغمري: بالحضور؛ مُؤكدًا أنَّ “إعمار” تضم فريق عمل مُميز في مُختلف التخصصات والمَجالات التي تعمل بها؛ بالإضافة لِمجلس إدارة حريص يَسعى للتطوير ورسم السياسات الناظمة للعمل في الجمعية، مُشيرًا إلى أنَّ “أسرة إعمار” لا تنحصر في مَجلس إدارتها وفريق عملها فقط؛ إنّما تشمل فئاتها المُستهدفة وذويهم الكِرام كذلك.
وتطرّق “الغمري” في كلمته إلى واقع العمل الحالي في “إعمار” بالإضافة للنظرة المُستقبلية التي تسعى إدارة “إعمار” للوصول لها، وما تواجهه مِن تحديات كبيرة في ظل ظروف عمل استثنائية في قطاع غزة؛ مُؤكدًا أنّ “الموظف الفاعل” هوَ رأس مال “إعمار” التي تستطيع مِن خلاله تحقيق هذه الأهداف بأعلى مُستوى مُمكن مِن الكفاءة والفاعلية؛ خاتمًا كلمته بمجموعة مِن التوصيات والتوجيهات المُثمرة لِفريق العمل.
وتضمَّن اللقاء فقرة مَفتوحة للحوار والحديث بينَ مجلس الإدارة وفريق العمل؛ حيثُ احتوت على مُداخلات تعكس مَدى حِرص الحضور على الارتقاء وتطوير العمل في “إعمار” وكافة برامجها.

Emaar holds its First Communication Meeting: “We Meet with Love.”

The Emaar Association for Development and Rehabilitation’s administration held its first communication meeting in 2022. The board of directors of Emaar met all the association’s work team.

 

In his speech, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emaar, Dr. Rami Al-Ghamry, welcomed the attendees and stressed that “Emaar” includes a distinguished work team in the various disciplines and fields in which it operates. Moreover, the board of directors mentioned that it seeks to develop and formulate policies regulating work in the association. The directors also noted that the “Emaar family” is not limited to its board of directors and the work team; it also includes its target groups and relatives.

 

Dr. Al-Ghamry touched on the reality of the current work in Emaar, the future vision that the Emaar administration seeks to reach, and the great challenges it faces under exceptional working conditions in the Gaza Strip. He stressed that the “active employee” is the capital of “Emaar” through which it can achieve these goals with the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness. Dr. Al-Ghamry concluded his speech with recommendations and fruitful directions for the work team.

 

The meeting included an open segment for dialogue and conversation between the Board of Directors and the work team. It contained interventions that reflected the keenness of the attendees to advance and develop work in Emaar and all of its programs.
